La VVS no tiene mayor necesidad de desplegar sus bombarderos estratégicos en regiones tan lejanas como Venezuela. La opción de despegarlos tan lejos obedece solo a cuestiones meramente políticas y no a cuestiones militares. Reitero, en lo estrictamente militar no les hace falta para cumplir la misión para la que fueron construidos.
