Los F-16A/B de 1991 iban a ser financiados por AS y EAU.

Los F-16C/D de 2007 han sido pagados a plazos, por eso hubo una demora de 1 año hasta que empezaron la construcción...
http://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/mor ... ads-04469/

“Coming back for a third year has created a dynamic of continuity which has enabled us to take African Lion even further than ever,” said Garay. “This year the comfort level of both U.S. and Moroccan leadership has enabled our team to pursue events of greater complexity, namely the introduction of rockets.. The launching of HIMARS will take our U.S./Moroccan team to greater limits in terms of our coordination and interoperability.”
The High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, or HIMARS, is the Marine Corps' premier artillery system, accurately engaging targets over great distances and under all weather conditions. With high volumes of lethal rocket and missile fire, the HIMARS can deliver precise strikes from more than 40 miles away.
More than 1,400 U.S. military personnel will arrive in April joining more than 900 Moroccan RAF in various regions of the Kingdom of Morocco to take part in the annual exercise, designed to improve interoperability and mutual understanding of each nation's military tactics, techniques and procedures.
Members of MFR's 4th Medical Battalion and 4th Dental Bn., will team up with the Utah National Guard Medical Command to provide medical, dental, pediatric and optometry care to thousands of Moroccans throughout the exercise.

Two artillery batteries and one HIMARS batteries from the 14th Marines joined several support units from across the U.S. to train here for their upcoming deployment to Morocco. The annual African Lion exercise allows U.S. forces to train alongside the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces.

Majestic Eagle 2013
Este año no habrá African Eagle...Vuelve el Majestic Eagle
Henderson airman headed for assignment with Moroccan air force
Growing up in downtown Henderson, Airman 1st Class Daniel Walling never expected to leave the United States.
Yet, two years after enlisting in the Air Force, the Basic High School graduate has been stationed in Aviano, Italy, and recently was chosen to visit Morocco to train with the Moroccan air force. An F-16 tactical aircraft maintainer (a job similar to an auto mechanic overhauling cars), Walling was one of 150 U.S. airmen selected for Majestic Eagle 13, an air-to-air combat training simulation akin to Nellis Air Force Base’s Red Flag exercises.
For two weeks, Walling will work with Moroccan air force counterparts at Ben Guerir Air Base to establish a relationship and see how they operate. It’s a unique opportunity that took two years to plan and hasn’t been done in about 10 years, Staff Sgt. Jason Armstrong said.
On Thursday, Walling will travel to Morocco — a country he previously knew only in name — for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Here’s what he had to say about the opportunity:
What will you be doing in Morocco?
We’re going to be focusing on working side-by-side with Moroccan air force. It’s going to be quite different working with a different air force, but making sure that we can be ready for whatever comes our way, and to make sure they know we’re here for them and we know they’ll be there for us if we need them.
etc.
